Jim’s experience in the industry includes creating, managing, and implementing safety systems and programs, accreditation, the preparation of safety plans for domestic and offshore projects and tenders, implementing safety systems on new sites, risk management, managing HSE and staff on site, including staff training. Jim believes that the most rewarding aspect of safety is creating a culture in which genuine practical safety outcomes can be reached.
